Excellent accommodation when you are just passing through. Very clean, and quiet. Exactly what you need when you need to recharge and get going in the morning. However, travellers need access to the washing and drying machines there was no indication that these were out of service. As this is a student residence I was in the laundry area and witnessed people using these machines. I put my detergent and clothes in proceeded to pay and nothing. Asked the young woman at the front desk what was on the go and she said they were out of order? If travellers aren’t suppose to have access then this should be explained up front. Otherwise great value and excellent stay.

I was very impressed with how friendly the check staff were. I had a glitch with my reservation, however it was expedias error and it was of course impossible to get a hold of anyone through the contact numbers. The residence staff however went above and beyond and corrected it for me.

Great place to stay while on the road. Comfortable beds, nice hot shower and window AC worked great. If you’re hungry when you arrive, stay away from Kelsey’s down the road. Trust me.

The breakfast menu was fresh, Room in good condition.

I liked the cleanliness and the fact that the bedroom and lounge room were separate. We did have a problem with the wifi but quickly fix by staff. The place could use a good window cleaning, I couldn’t even open the curtains as they were so dirty. Otherwise we did enjoy our stay.
